The CMU office is getting a bit of a facelift. CMU General Manager Jim Gillilan says the first part of the project is for the side facing Washington Street. Gillilan says the second phase of the project will include placing stone under the windows on the north side of the building.

The Route C Bridge over the Branch of Turkey Creek is now closed. The Missouri Department of Transportation closed the bridge Tuesday afternoon due to damage from the recent flooding.
