Hamilton Man Arrested On St. Joseph Warrant
State Troopers in Clinton County arrested a Hamilton man on a Buchanan County warrant and for alleged speeding. Thirty-year-old Tyler Hovey was arrested at about 6:30 am. He was held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office pending the posting of bond.
