School District Refinanced Debt
The Chillicothe R-II School Board approved the refinancing of a little over $2.5 million on debt that goes back to 2012. Superintendent Dan Wiebers explains why this was don now. He says A payment of $325,000 will be made as the refinancing is completed. He says that money can only be used for debt service.
