The JV and C Chillicothe football team beat Maryville 34-6 according to information received late Tuesday Afternoon by KCHI.
Chillicothe scored on their opening drive on a Corbin Rodenberg 5 yard run and two point conversion.
After a defensive stand, Rodenberg scored from three yards out and the two point conversion.
In the second quarter Javon Kille makes an interception to set up a scoring drive that ended with Rodenberg scoring with two seconds in the half for a 22-6 halftime lead.
In the Third Quarter a botched punt attempt gives Chillicothe the ball on the 15 yard line. Hagan Atchison scored from that spot on the field.
In the fourth quarter Matty Douglas had a 20 yard interception return that set up a Kille 10 yard touchdown for the final score of 34-6 Hornets win.
