City Curfew Changed To “Under 18”

The curfew for the City of Chillicothe was amended by the council in their meeting.  The Chillicothe Police Chief Jon Maples presented the request. That changes the curfew to persons under the age of 18.  The amended code was approved on a 5/0 vote
