The Chillicothe City Council was asked to consider a request from American Tower to change the terms of a lease agreement for a tower on city-owned property. City Administrator Darin Chappell says American Tower leases the access to the tower they constructed at the Animal Shelter.
Chappell says the revenue from the lease supports the shelter.
The Council chose to take no action on the request, leaving the terms of the contract as they were.
