The Chillicothe Street Department Chip Seal projects could start moving forward soon.  Chillicothe City Administrator Roze Frampton says bids are due today. Frampton says in-house work on streets is also taking place this year. Work on the upgrades on 2nd Street are still in the engineering stage.
