A 33-year-old Chillicothe woman was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged abuse or neglect of a child. Chillicothe Police arrested Connie Lyn Brown Friday evening on the warrant with no bond allowed. Her initial appearance is scheduled today.
