Three arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for the weekend.
Saturday at about 4:00 pm in Linn County, Troopers arrested 43-year-old Jonathon L Boswell of Decatur, IL for alleged DWI, resisting arrest, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and speeding. He was booked into the Macon County Sheriff’s office.
At about 11:30 am Saturday in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 37-year-old Jimmy D Hilt of Independence and 18-year-old Dariann R Wheaton of Independence. Hilt was charged with alleged Tampering with a vehicle and taken to the South Harrison County Jail. Wheaton was charged with alleged Tampering with a vehicle and taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
