A Linneus woman was arrested by Chillicothe Police Thursday and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Twenty-eight-year-old Megan N. Herring had been stopped by a Chillicothe Police Officer and during the stop, was found to be allegedly in possession of a controlled substance. She is held pending the filing of formal charges.
