St. Joseph Man Arrested In Caldwell County
A St. Joseph man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County early Saturday morning. Thirty-four-year-old Duane M. Abrams of St. Joseph was arrested at 12:37 am on an Andrew County warrant for two counts of alleged failure to appear. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
