Troopers Arrest Kansas City Man In Carroll County
One arrest in the area counties is reported by Troop A of the Missouri Highway Patrol, Troopers in Carroll County arrested 44-year-old Mason M. Pillinger of Kansas City at 11:00 pm for alleged DWI and improperly stopped in the roadway. He was taken to the Carroll County Sheriff’s office, processed, and released.
