A Chillicothe woman was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by Chillicothe Police Officers on Tuesday.  Thirty-four-year-old Dominique Patricia Hurst was arrested on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance.  Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
