Livingston County Health Center Board Actions

Revisions to the Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustee’s bylaws received final approval at Tuesday’s board meeting.  The board had been working on the revisions for some time and after a dedicated workshop session, they completed the revisions.  Those were presented to the board for a first review at the January board meeting and the board approved the revised bylaws with no further revisions.

Health Center Director Sherry Weldon also presented the revised personnel policy.  She told the board the policies are reviewed periodically.  The revised policy was presented to the board and they were asked to review the work and it will be on the March meeting agenda for approval.

Two projects at the Livingston County Health Center could be completed soon.  Director Sherry Weldon told the health center board that a new front door will be delivered soon.
