Chillicothe police booked a 19-year-old man into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on charges of alleged possession of child pornography. Nineteen-year-old Brennin Austin-Lee Shoop of Chillicothe was booked Tuesday at 9:45 am. He is held with no bond allowed. His initial appearance is set for this afternoon.
