A Trenton man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County on Thursday. At about 11:30 pm, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Shelby M. Whitman of Trenton for alleged DWI and expired registration. Whitman was taken into custody on a 24-hour hold.
