The Chillicothe R-II School Board Election on April 2nd includes four candidates that would like one of two seats with a three year term. Today we hear from Bill Hayen.
Hayen talked about why he is seeking a seat on the school board.

Hayen has three opponents for the seat. The final candidate is Carrie Pfeifer, and KCHI will have that interview on Monday.
