The 2019 KCHI Farm 40 Free winner is Rob Roberts of Mooresville. Roberts’ name was drawn from the entries collected from the area sponsors and he is the winner of the entire package valued at over $6,000, to plant 40 acres of soy beans. KCHI Owner Patti Leatherman spoke with Roberts to give him the good news.
As the winner of the KCHI Farm 40 Free, Roberts has won the Meter Max reconditioning and calibration of six planter meters, a 40 acre demo of the Phillips Harrow and Blue Jet Sub Tiller from DQ Precision Planting and Tillage in Chillicothe, Soybean Seed from Proharvest / Resor Seed in Chillicothe, Fertilizer from T&R Soil Service in Chillicothe, Chemicals from Broker Direct Ag Chemicals of Trenton, Tractor Rental from Sydenstricker Farm and Lawn in Chillicothe and Fuel from MFA Oil and Propane in Chillicothe.
