The Chillicothe Municipal Election on April 2nd includes two candidates for the 1st ward seat on the council. Incumbent Dennis (Denny) Albertson, Jr faces challenger Adam B Brown. KCHI talked to both candidates. First up is Albertson. He talked about why he is seeking re-election to the 1st Ward Seat.
