A Kansas City man was arrested Wednesday evening in Caldwell County. State Troopers arrested 53 year old Wilbur Hicks for alleged DWI and Careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center. There was no information available on the accident.
