The Chillicothe Municipal Election on April 2nd includes three candidates for the 3rd Ward seat on the council. John E Plaster, Jr, Buell Applebury and Michael Smith. First up is Michael Smith. Smith talked about why he is seeking to be the 3rd Ward Councilman.
Smith talked about his goals if elected.
