Two arrests in Livingston County and another in Saline County are in the Missouri Highway Patrol report for Wednesday.
In Livingston County at about 3:40 pm, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Jacob Libby of Independence, Mo for alleged possession of Marijuana and failure to register a vehicle. He was also arrested on a Caldwell County warrant for an alleged seatbelt violation. He was held pending the posting of bond.
At 3:50 pm, Troopers in Livingston county arrested 26-year-old Aletheia Zajac of Phoenix, Arizona on an out of state felony warrant. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with no bond allowed.
At about 1:30 pm in Saline County, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Donnie Fry of Carrollton on three warrants, two from Carrollton and one from Lafayette County. He was held at the Saline County Jail pending the posting of bond.
