10:11 am, Officers located a subject in the area of Jefferson and Webster Street and warned them about animal mistreatment for striking a dog.
1:35 pm, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Frederick Street. The person was arrested for the peace disturbance. They were cited and released.
3:05 pm, a traffic stop in the area of Elm and Ann Street resulted in the arrest of the driver on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. They were also cited for traffic violations. They were processed before being cited and released.
5:47 pm, officers checked a report of suspicious items found at a home in the 800 block of Jefferson. The resident is getting rid of the items.
7:20 pm, officers checked an open door of a home in the 900 block of Woodward Street. They believed it was left open by a tenant.
8:46 pm, Report of someone with a possible medical issue at Park Center Shopping Center. Officers could not find anyone in distress.
8:47 pm, Officer observed an illegal burn in the back yard of a home in the 1000 block of Elm Street. They were told to put out the fire.
9:07 pm, Well-being check for a person at a property in the 1500 block of Third Street. The person was not in need of assistance.
