Chillicothe Police report answering more than 100 calls for Service on Thursday.
Officers responded to Polk and Washington on a reported accident, A vehicle struck a stopped vehicle from behind at the intersection. It was determined the driver was distracted due to talking on a phone while driving. No injuries reported and both cars were driven from the scene.
Officers checked a parking complaint in the 400 block of Calhoun Street where several vehicles were found to be in violation and the resident was given a warning and time to correct the violations
An investigation continues on a report of stealing from a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street.
Officers received a report of a stolen firearm in the 500 block of St Louis Street where a person says a 22 caliber pistol was taken.
Officers assisted Emergency Services on a medical call where a subject had fallen and struck their head. The subject was taken to Hedrick Medical Center.
Officers spoke with residents in the 200 block of Bridge Street about disciplining the neighborhood kids.
