Foundation work at Field School will be done a couple weeks ahead of schedule. Chillicothe R-II Superintendent Dan Wiebers told the School Board the contractor will be done ahead of the original schedule.
Wiebers says the trees surrounding Field School will stay.
An arborist was not able to conclusively determine the trees caused the foundation issues. By keeping the trees, the district will not need to add air conditioning units to keep the building cool.
