Chillicothe Police responded to 100 calls for service Monday, including for a domestic disturbance at a business.
At 8:08 AM, Officers received a report of sexual assault that occurred several years ago in the 1100 Block of Grandview. The investigation continues.
1:11 PM, Officer responded to a single-vehicle accident at Third and Hillcrest. The vehicle traveled off the roadway, struck a ditch, and became disabled.
1:32 PM, Officer called to the 700 block of Williams Street for illegal entry into a storage unit.
3:38 PM, Officer responded to a noise complaint in the 100 block of Third. The resident was advised of the complaint.
7:05 PM, Officer received a report of credit card fraud from a resident in the 1700 block of Borden.
8:45 PM, Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Washington Street. The driver was cited for speeding.
11:15 PM, Officers were called to a hotel in the 1000 block of South Washington for a domestic disturbance. The incident was verbal. About 20 minutes later, officers were called back to the same location. They found evidence to support a physical assault had occurred and arrested a woman who lived and worked at the business for domestic assault. She was processed and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
