The 2019 Chautauqua in the Park is September 7th and 8th at Simpson Park. Chautauqua in the Park, presented by the Chamber of Commerce and Chillicothe Area Arts Council provides the community with a wide variety of entertainment, activities, artist, crafts and food. Chamber of Commerce Director Crystal Narr says this event is not possible without the volunteers that provide the manpower for the two days.
Narr says some of the popular positions fill up early.
