A new smaller ladder truck for the Chillicothe Fire Department should be ready in just a couple of months and the final payment of $431,000 is due soon. In the finance session of Mondays meeting the City Council discuss the pros and cons of financing that final payment. City Administrator Darin Chappell says financing the payment was not required.
