Cities, Counties and other local governments that have damage to roads, bridges and other infrastructure may be eligible for FEMA assistance if the damages occurred from the storms or flooding between April 29th and July 5th. In addition, those entities can receive reimbursement on response costs. Sixty-eight counties are included in the declaration where local governments and non-profits could receive assistance. Local counties on that list include: Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Grundy, Linn, Livingston, and Sullivan counties.
