3:08 am, Report of someone yelling in the area of 1000 block of South Washington Street. The person was contacted and advised of the violation of Ordinance and was given a warning.
10:04 am, Report of suspicious activity near the railroad tracks on Jackson Street. Officers located 2 individuals but nothing was found to be illegal.
10:40 am, Report of a suspicious acting subject in the 500 block of Walnut Street. The subject was talking on cell phones speaker-phone.
1:13 pm, Report of someone taking property from the 100 block of Bridge Street. Determined a civil matter.
2:32 pm, Reported sexual assault at a business in the 600 block of West Business 36 Highway. The person was contacted and told Officers the incident had not occurred.
5:41 pm, Report of suspicious activity near railroad tracks by 400 block of Reynard Street. Officer spoke with the reporting party. everything OK.
9:43 pm, Officers took a report of stealing from a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street. One person was arrested, processed and released.
10:30 pm, Report of someone messing with items near an alley in the 600 block of Elm Street. The person was contacted and was found to have been preparing for job activities of the next day.
