Busy Day Recently For Sheriff Dept.

Communication and assistance from other agencies helped the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department overcome a very busy day recently.
The busy day began with officers handling bailiff duties in court. Two other officers responded to an armed man in Chula.
While that incident was being handles. Chillicothe Police assisted the Sheriff’s Officers when an unknown female was having problems due to suspected drug usage west of Chillicothe.
A short time later a man in the Utica area was having mental health issues. Highway Patrol Troopers offered their assistance and responded to the case, taking the man into custody for self protection.
