Trooper report two arrests in the local counties over the weekend.
Saturday at 3:30 am, 22-year-old Andrew Campbell of Chillicothe was arrested in Carroll County for alleged DWI. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Sunday at about 7:25 am, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 25-year-old Joseph Savoy of Baltimore, Maryland for alleged Possession of amphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
