A Minnesota man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. the 24 year old was arrested in Daviess County Saturday evening as a fugitive from out of state Minnesota, and violation of protection order – misdemeanor.
He is being held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with out bond.
