A Grundy County case will go before the Missouri Supreme Court on September 25th for oral arguments.
Hickory Neighbors is appealing a ruling by the Western District Court of appeals, allowing the Department of Natural Resources to issue a CAFO (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation) Permit to Trenton Farms.
Parties involved in the appeal include Hickory Farms, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Clean Water Commission and Trenton Farms RE LLC.
