The idea of Disc Golf at Simpson Park has advanced to a presentation to the Chillicothe City Council in the future. Gabe Poling made a presentation to the Park Board and received approval to proceed to the next step. Poling has approached several businesses that are interested in sponsorships for the program. Parks Director Josh Norris says if this receives approval, the game could utilize some of the underused parts of Simpson Park.
