A homeless man has been added to the Livingston County Most Wanted list. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department is looking for 64-year-old Stephen Wesley Phillips on a warrant for alleged Harassment. Phillips is described as a white male, 6 foot one inch tall, with blue eyes and grey hair and full beard.
