State Troopers arrested a Chillicothe man Wednesday. At about 9:15 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Seth Turbyfill of Chillicothe for alleged unlawful possession of a firearm, DWI with drugs, speeding and no seatbelt. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
