Flood warnings are expected later today for portions of the Grand River.
At Sumner, the river started out the day at 25.11 feet. The river is expected to rise to 27.6 feet before falling back below flood stage of 26 feet early Tuesday morning.
At Brunswick, the river will continue to rise to a crest of 20.7 feet. Flood stage at Brunswick is 19 feet. Flooding is expected to begin early this afternoon and continue through Tuesday evening.
