Chillicothe Police report 66 calls for service Sunday, including a couple of arrests.
12:03 am, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of Mansur and were told the involved vehicle had fled the scene. Officers located the vehicle at Cherry and Third Street and arrested William Shoop for alleged driving while suspended. Shoop was processed and released.
4:22 am, Officers responded to a report of someone knocking on windows in the 500 block of St. Louis St. They located a man who was an acquaintance of the resident and no action was required.
7:07 am, Officers were called to a commercial burglary alarm in the 500 block of W. Business 36. The alarm was accidentally activated.
1:41 pm, Officers served court papers in the 200 block of Brunswick St.
3:20 pm, Officers responded to the 2600 block of N. Fair St. in reference to a report of a violation of a condition of bond. The man was released on bond with a condition that he was to have no contact with the victim. Officers were told he had called the victim within minutes of being released. Officers reported the violation to the Livingston County Court and the court issued a warrant and the man was arrested and taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, with bond set at $10,000.00 cash. The arrest happened at the jail.
9:17 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report that a dog was in the roadway in the 1400 block of Broadway. Officers arrived and found that the dog owner had already taken control of the dog.
