The Chillicothe Middle School Football teams picked up two wins at home over Macon.
The 7th Grade Hornets won 36-14 thanks to four touchdowns by Sylas Midgyett including an 82 yard score in the third quarter, and Jack Bernhart with one touchdown. The 7th Grade defense held Macon scoreless until the fourth quarter.
The 8th Grade Hornets won 44-6 after jumping to an early 14-0 lead with touchdowns by Alex Gamblian on a Quarterback keeper and a Hagan Atchison touchdown. Some Javon Kille runs set up another Gamblain score.
Atchison scored again in the third on a 47 yard run. Macon had an interception in the end zone but was then stripped of the ball by James Mathew. The ball was then recovered by Kille for a touchdown. The final touchdown was by Cayden Larson with Gauge Chenet scoring the extra point conversion.
