Route 41 in Carroll County will fully open to traffic soon. The Missouri Department of Transportation says currently the road is open to one lane of traffic with signals to directing motorists through the damaged area. The contractor is currently wrapping up repairs and will be able to reopen the road to two-way traffic soon. Until that time, the road will remain a one-lane roadway.
MoDOT says with the weather cooperating they hope to have Route 41 fully open before the weekend.
US 65 south of Carrollton remains closed due to flooding. MoDOT says the road will remain closed until the floodwaters have receded and the road can be checked for any needed repairs and those repairs are complete.
