Garland Joseph Nelson, the Braymer man charged in the deaths of two Wisconsin brothers earlier this year, made a court appearance this (Thursday) morning. Court records show Nelson appeared by way of a video program called polycom, from the jail. Nelson and his attorney made a motion for a continuance. Judge Jason Kanoy granted the continuance on the Setting or Waiving of the Preliminary Hearing to January 9th at 10:00 am.
