The Chillicothe 8th grade girls basketball team suffered their first loss of the season, 34-30 to Robidoux in the Savannah Middle School Tournament.
Jolie Bonderer had 11 and Madison Albaugh had 10. Kayanna Cranmer with 5, Hadley Beemer and Rylee Washburn each had 2 points.
Coach Rachael Wheeler said her team had 18 fouls including three starters fouling out.
The 8th grade Boys lost to Savannah 42-23. Coach Doug French said this was the same Savannah team that beat Chillicothe 47-4 in the first game of the year.
The CMS Hornet boys were paced by Hagan Atchison with 9, Jackson Trout with 6, Andrew Hecker with 5 and Milo Costner with 3.
Savannah was led by one player with 27 of the team’s 42 points.
