The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department made good progress on their Most Wanted list in early December. Sheriff Steve Cox says with assistance from the public and other agencies, eight people on the most wanted list were arrested. They include:
36-year-old Buddy A. Harris of Ohio, arrested December 2nd in Ohio on a Livingston County Probation Violation warrant for alleged Delivery of Controlled Substance. He will be extradited at the earliest opportunity.
49-year-old Brian N. Moore of Hale was arrested in Livingston County on December 3rd on a Livingston County Warrant for Violation of Bond Conditions on a charge of alleged Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
59-year-old Brenda L. Burnett of Chillicothe was arrested on December 3rd in Livingston County on a warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charge of alleged Possession of Methamphetamine.
19-year-old Savana Marie Coke of Riverside, was arrested December 5th in Platte County on a warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original charge of Stealing-Firearm/Explosive Weapon/Ammonium Nitrate.
38-year-old Anthony David Munroe of Independence was arrested December 4th on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of alleged Abuse or Neglect of a Child.
45-year-old Dawn K. Teel of Wheeling was arrested in Livingston County on December 4th, on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of alleged DWI-Persistent offender.
31-year-old Jordan C. Riggins of Ludlow was arrested December 10th in Daviess County, on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Stealing-$750 or more.
December 8th, Illinois authorities arrested Charles Michael Slavin of Illinois on Livingston County warrant for alleged Burglary. The warrant was issued in September. He will be extradited.
Kansas City Police arrested Carlisa J. Vargas on December 8th on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order. Vargas will be extradited.
Two others added to the Most wanted list this month are still at large. They are
31-year old Lauren Baker of Braymer is wanted on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of alleged Forgery. Baker was originally arrested on this same warrant in November and released on bond 9 days later. The latest warrant was issued December 3rd.
December 10, 36-year-old Edward Everett Arnold of Excelsior Springs was added to the list. Arnold is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on a charge of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop.
