The Chillicothe Hornets scored the first 23 points in the game and went on to a decisive 68-34 win at Trenton.

Early in the second quarter Chillicothe pulled their starters and used five reserve players, including four freshmen, for the rest of the half.
Trenton closed the gap to 6 points early in the 3rd quarter.
Chillicothe responded with another long run on points to win by 34 points.

Westley Brandsgaard led Chillicothe with 20 points, CJ Pfaff and Bradley Rile with 14 each, Hayden Simmer with 8, Wyatt Brandsgaard with 6, Mason Bonderer with 5 and playing time for Griff Bonderer, Joseph Tullos, Damarkus Kelow, Cayden Potter and Dalton Ripley.
