The 2018/19 audit for the Chillicothe R-II School District was reviewed and approved at the School Board meeting Tuesday. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says it was a good audit and pointed out areas they need to watch.
The one area the Auditor brought up was the segregation of duties.
To overcome the issue, the district does extra checks of how funds are used in the district.
