A public hearing for the Livingston County Planning and Zoning Board will be held January 28th, to discuss a Conditional Use Permit to construct a Cell Phone Tower. The tower would be located west of Utica and about a half-mile north of US 36. The cell phone carrier wants to fill in dead spots in that area to provide better service.
The public hearing is January 28th at 6:00 pm in the Associate Courtroom at the Livingston County Courthouse.
A second public hearing will be held January 30th, during the County Commission meeting, at 11:00 am.
