State Troopers arrested a Winston resident Monday in Dekalb County. Twenty-five-year-old Jacqueline Crossland was arrested just before noon on a Dekalb County warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
