The financing package for the five new Chillicothe Police vehicles and the equipment needed to outfit the cars for use in the department was approved by the Chillicothe City Council Monday. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the package approved includes $231,833 for 42 months. The contract was awarded to Clayton Holdings, a subsidiary of Commerce Bank.
Chappell says they also set up a payment schedule that begins in July.
The new vehicles are expected sometime in March.
