The Conditional Use Permit for the Cell Tower west of Utica was tabled by the Livingston County Commissioners Thursday. The Planning and Zoning Commission and County Commission held public hearings on the conditional use permit. The Commissioners have tabled the decision until they have had an opportunity to meet with their attorneys and discuss the issues.
